Lieutenant Kevin Willey
Lieutenant Kevin Willey has been employed by the Farmington Police Department since October of 1992.
He was promoted to Sergeant in
December of 1994 and promoted once more to Lieutenant in September of
2000. Lt Willey started his law enforcement career in the Town of
Northumberland in April of 1991.
Lieutenant Willey grew up in Northern New Hampshire where he
attended Stratford School and Groveton High School. He then went on to
attend Westfield State College and Hesser College where he majored in Criminal
Justice. During his tenure here, Lt Willey has worked as a patrol
officer, detective, patrol supervisor, DARE officer, and an instructor in various
areas, including the department's Citizen Police Academy. Currently Lt
Willey serves as the department's court liaison, juvenile prosecutor and
oversees the Bureau of Criminal Investigation. During his off time, Lt Willey enjoys racing stock cars, skiing, riding his
Harley Davidson and watching NASCAR.
{he is an avid Carl Edwards fan}. He has a German Shepherd named Razor and a Shepherd/Retriever mix named Landon.
