The Farmington Police Department strongly urges you to ensure that you and your child are properly secured while in a motor vehicle.   It is not only the Law in New Hampshire, it is good common sense! 

We actively enforce these safety precautions for the protection of you and your loved ones.   As you can see from the table above, the Town of Farmington has increased in population over the last several years, we do not want that growth to be short-lived by the untimely death of any of our citizens or visitors to our Town.
